Recipes for babies from 10 to 12 months

Dumplings of minced meat
Grind cooked chicken or turkey meat. Then add the egg yolk and a tablespoon or two of wheat flour, and mixtures of these make the dumplings. Bake them in oil.
Put in oven safe pan and spoon a tablespoon of oil meal. When turns yellow, add the tomato juice and a little water. When it boils, add meat dumplings. Cook for another ten minutes. With so prepared dumplings, you can offer your child and polenta made from corn grits or mashed potatoes, mixed with cooked carrots.

Cooked Hake
