Very useful brief tips for pregnant women

Given the many potential dangers pregnant women, note the following:


First Avoid unpasteurized milk and juice, dairy products from unpasteurized milk, and seeds from unverified sources. These foods can be a source of harmful bacteria such as Salmonella, Echerichia coli, Listeria and Shigella.

Second Avoid raw meat, fish and eggs.

Third Avoid large fish like tuna, mackerel, swordfish and shark because they may be contaminated with mercury.

4th Avoid processed meats that have not been previously cooked.

5th Wash your hands often. Foods that are preparing to wash food thoroughly. Always Separate raw meat from other foods. 


6th Food from the refrigerator should be left at room temperature longer than two hours.

7th Let the fresh, unprocessed foods is the foundation of your diet. Processed and canned foods to consume only occasionally.

8th Make sure you are not getting too large amounts of vitamin A through supplements. This vitamin in excessive amounts can have a teratogenic effect.
